Digital product
Datasets are digital products delivered electronically. Because data cannot be returned once delivered, orders are generally not refundable after delivery, except as described below.
Format review before purchase
A format sample is shared with verified business buyers before an order so you can review structure and relevance. Please review it carefully before confirming the order.
Replacement of non-matching records
If delivered records do not match the agreed specification (for example wrong city, wrong segment or invalid number format), report them within 7 days of delivery with details. Verified non-matching records will be replaced with matching records at no additional charge.
Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled with a full refund if the request is received before the data file has been prepared and delivered.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
