By using this website or purchasing any dataset from Datavanta, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Permitted use of data
Datasets are licensed to the buyer for lawful B2B purposes only, including market research, business development and relationship-based outreach. Resale, redistribution or publication of the data without written permission is not permitted.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is solely responsible for using the data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (including DND scrubbing), applicable email and anti-spam norms, sector regulations and all other laws. The buyer must honour opt-out requests promptly.
Quotations and payment
Orders are confirmed against a written quotation. Delivery is made after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
Accuracy
Datasets are compiled and checked with care; however, contact information naturally changes over time and no dataset can be fully accurate at all times. Remedies for records that do not match the agreed specification are described in the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
Datavanta's total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Datavanta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for the buyer's use of the data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at [Add city] shall have jurisdiction.
Compliance note
All data is supplied strictly for lawful B2B purposes such as market research and business development. The buyer is solely responsible for its use in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (including DND/NCPR scrubbing before any call or SMS), and all other applicable laws.
